The APEX version that we are using is 4.0.2. According to some security tests:
An unspecified vulnerability in versions 4.0 and 4.1 of the Application Express (Apex) component of the Oracle Database Server allows remote attackers to affect integrity via unpublished vectors.
I am requested to upgrade to at least version 4.1.1
I understand that the lowest supported version is now 5.1
What would be the simplest procedure for me to take? Where can I download version 5.1 and how can I upgrade our systems to use it?
