Hello everyone,
I saw the newest update was available so I clicked the button to upgrade our apex instance on an always free autonomous database, but it didn't upgrade and instead immediately said it was up-to-date while the apex version still says 22.1.6. The 'upgrade available' icon disappeared as well.
Does anybody have the same problem or know how to retry/finish this upgrade?
