I just want to open 9600 and 8081 and Oracle of course has to make it a pain in the behind to do a simple function. I never had trouble in the past but now I am having a lot of trouble. I've re-created over 10+ instances and reconfigured the network setting even more times and nothing works. I tried contacting support but they suck even more. I just want to open two ports. I don't understand why its so damn hard to get help with that.
