I could use some help understanding what is likely going on. I'm running Solaris 11.4.51.132.1 and trying to establish a pkg mirror for the 'release' repository that is hosted publicly at http://pkg.oracle.com/solaris/release/.
I used pkgrecv to create the mirror, like this:
pkgrecv -s http://pkg.oracle.com/solaris/release/ -d /IPS/solaris/release -m all-timestamps -n '*'

After running 'pkgrecv', 'pkgrepo verify -s /IPS/solaris/release' reported that there are missing dependencies, so I tried the new 'pkgrepo fix' command and received a lot of missing dependencies still. It's the missing dependencies that I need help understanding the cause of.
