I have attached Timzone.zip which has source code which gives different result for format. (This includes result and images mentioning about settings too)
The issue occurs when OS language is set to Traditional Chinese. (the attachment has images regarding it). Date time setting to Taiwan.
When we run both the test if the timezone is Taipei it changes the time along with formatting, where as Shangai it does not change the time but only does the formatting.
The expectation works fine only for Shangai but for Taipei it does not. Is this a known bug or something we need to change in our code to make it work?
