I have found a few questions of load balancers here, so I hope I am asking at right place. And if not, maybe somebody can redirect me.
Our team got request to turn on access logging and error logging on specific load balancers according to this documentation: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Balance/Tasks/managingloadbalancer_topic-Logging.htm#LogManagement However our team is not owner of those LB and we cannot get even to compartment where that load balancer is. We have contacted team, that can access that load balancer, but it looks like although they can see info about load balancers, they cannot set access logging and error logging (see attached screenshot).
So my question is this: Is there any way to find who is owner of load balancer (as owner should be able to turn on that logging)? Or is there any way to get general info about rights to given load balancer (who can access it, change settings etc.) ?
