On a newly configured Windows 2019 Server (64bit, 64GBMemory), while installing Oracle Database Client 19C 32 or 64, it stops with a message of:
OUI-10034:Inventory location is invalid.
I believe , I am only on Step6 of 7 during the installation.
Please advise on next steps. Thank you.
