we have single Oracle 19c instance and it has TNS-12518, TNS-12540 errors in listener log some days of week and client connections were locked. After reload listener, clients can reconnect succesfully.
In listener.log, we could see TNS-12518 and TNS-12540 errors. After reload, there are no TNS errors.
We use Windows Server 2016 Operating System and Oracle Database 19c .
What could it be? I have not seen any resource limits problem. We already set inbound_connect_timeout to 0 or 60 and it could not solve problem.
