We have following business case in Timecard approval:
For a one cost centre we have multiple AORs, under each cost centre we have multiple department. Timecard approvals are routed to these representatives parallelly and if any one of the Representatives approves the timecard then transaction is closed.
But when a representative submits the timecard on behalf of an employee, then all AORs have access to approve the timecard along with the one who has submitted the timecard. So the same representative who has submitted the timecard can go to My Client Group> Team Time card and approve the same timecard that he has submitted. This creates a conflict. We also enabled the self approval prevention option in BPM configuration but it doesn't work. After raising the SR we came to know that Team Timecards page under My client group overrides the BPM config so the self approval prevention rule doesn't work here.
Is there any other way to achieve this business scenario?
