Failed to load data from Service Cloud: No data exists for Intelligent Advisor global. It is likely

Hi,
I have a B2C Service and I’ve deployed the Oracle IA example project StudentBenefits to my Hub. I have created a new tab with the CRM workspace and entered the policy name as the name of my deployed IA project (StudentBenefits),
In my CRM, when I look at a Contact -> look at the Incident History -> select one Incident -> click on my new tab I get the error message “An error has occurred while loading or saving data”
When I look in the Message Log in the Hub I can see this message “Failed to load data from Service Cloud: No data exists for Intelligent Advisor global. It is likely an invalid initID has been passed in.. Deployment: StudentBenefits:3”
Can anyone help with this please? I’m new to IA and trying to get the example projects running as a base to work from.
