Hi, wonder if some one can give me some incite and a step by step documentation for a test scenario as below
Currently I have a 2 node 12c RAC cluster, and I am to extend this by another two nodes! on top of this I have to create an additional SCAN listener and local listeners in a separate subnet! Further the subnets are to be segregated in VLANs using tagging! Breake it down as below the main tasks
1. Add 2 new nodes to existing 2 node RAC cluster
2. Extend existing Grid infrastructure to new nodes in the same subnet
3. Crate additional SCAN listener in separate subnet
4. This new listener (subnet) is to have VLAN segregation from the old listener (default)
Note: this requirement is by compliancy so have core database and other databases in isolation from each other!
The machines have 4x10G network interfaces and ILOM and MGMT network (Eth0)
OS - Oracle Unbreakable Linux - OEL7.6 - x86_64
Grid infrastructure - 12C
