"CustomAction RunScripts returned actual error code 1603" While installing Oracle Express Edition 21c.
Since there are not many results to find by Google searching for the error message. Any ideas?

TCP/IP is enabled, Networking is active (wouldn't have share access otherwise, wouldn't I)
Variables the installer does not like, like TNS_ADMIN where deleted.
System was rebooted, after installing prerequisites.
The installing user ist part of the "Administrators" Group
Nothing helped. The installer fails with the same error message every time it is called.
